BPO Operation Model

We are able to render services through a team who are able to entrench themselves in your business to understand your requirements and help setup the provided services.
Our support team network are able to source expertise from our team members who have between 5 – 15 years of practical experience with BPO.
In addition to normal daily contact, any member of staff directly supporting the introduction and embedment of services reports directly to the unit director at the end of each week. There is a meeting where they a discuss what happened during the week to ensure that there are not any problems or unsolved issues left outstanding.
